This is my first HIP. I receive any corrections on formatting or on any technical concepts I may have wrong. This is a formalization of what was discussed in: Acceptable management of family member’s PoH account. My idea is to push most of the hip myself without asking for any grant, any help is welcome (It will surely require specific help and collaboration from other members) If this is not achieved, the HIP will not move to the next phase.
