This is not an HIP, but a conversation we all need to have. Some days (weeks?) ago I created an HIP requesting Justin Kalland’s removal from the Board, due to his absence during very turbulent times, and rare and occasional presence in some other moments. After doing this he reported to be going back to duty, and therefore I took down the HIP, but then again he has cut communications. It is not my place to judge this behaviour or to go into personal matters on why this has happened, and I still admire and I am thankful to what Justin has done in the early stages of PoH, but we are currently in the need of an active Mission Board.
So the question I’d like to ask to @Justin and to all the community is that if we should take an exceptional and intermediate step: Elect an interim Mission Board Member until Justin is able to return to his duties as Mission Board Member.
I hear your thoughts.
Esto no es un HIP, sino una conversación que todos debemos tener. Hace unos días (¿semanas?) creé una HIP solicitando la baja de Justin Kalland de la Junta, debido a su ausencia en momentos muy convulsos, y tambien debido a su presencia rara y ocasional en otros. Después de hacer esta propuesta, retornó e informó de que volvía al servicio, y por eso eliminé la propuesta, pero de nuevo ha cortado las comunicaciones. No me corresponde juzgar este comportamiento ni entrar en cuestiones personales sobre por qué ha sucedido esto, y sigo admirando y agradeciendo lo que Justin ha hecho en las primeras etapas del PoH, pero actualmente necesitamos un Consejo de Misión activo.
Así que la pregunta que me gustaría hacer a @Justin y a toda la comunidad es que si deberíamos dar un paso excepcional e intermedio: Elegir un miembro interino de la Junta de Misiones hasta que Justin pueda volver a sus funciones como miembro de la Junta de Misiones.
