Can I recover Failed Initial Deposit for Low Gas?

Hi, i was trying to submit my profile to PoH and selecting lower gas for transaction i got failed status. Now i lost my 0,125 ETH.

When a transaction fails, all the changes done to the state should be reverted and ETH funds, if supplied, should be sent back to the sender, here is not the case.

Any idea for recovering those funds?
