Since whichever proposal is released from now on would be tainted by this voting manipulation, I would not propose any formal HIP until this matter is solved. The reason the Board was created was specifically for this kind of situation (where the DAO itself is at risk and there is a voting lockout).

Well you can setup another Snapshot but then the votes of this snapshot wouldnât be enforced, so itâs just delaying the time where it doesnât work.
