I am new to POH, How do I get the most out of signing up and doing a few actions to see what POH has built?

I’ve read over the website. Please tell me the next 5-10 steps I should take to understand POH from experience instead of reading.

Further, can anyone show me where to find the growth statistics for profile counts? How long has POH been in operation and what is the user growth like?

When will POH allow submission of Profile, and the required data, to a layer2? 0.125 eth is way too much.
