I registered months ago (I am vouched and earning UBIs) in POH but I just realized that I did not receive the 0.184 again seeing in etherscan. This is possible? Is there any way to get them back? Can you speak to the project support?

Did you check in the transaction of the deposit? It usually shows up as reverted.
Also, your human profile is public, meaning the address you used too.
If you can share that, we can look on the transactions generated from that wallet.
Also: Did you fund it with the same address or from a different one?
