The judiciary system in our court hasn’t been defined, leading to a confusion on which tradition jurors should follow. The over reliance on precedents used as evidence just lead to daisy chaining and a bias towards a specific outcome instead of arguments used in each case. I propose fixing that.
Precedents are in fact used in traditional legal systems, and for good reason. I don’t think it is fair to ban precedent cases.
There’s been dozens of cases in which the sole defense is the precedent. This is the aspect that needs to change. Arguments and accusations should be on present and codified law, and not past cases.
