Update the PoH landing page UX graphic

Hello devs

I have a very small change that should be very easy to implement. It would be a good idea to swap some of the profile pictures on the PoH website banner to harmonize with the registration policy.

Alternatively, if someone sends me the high-res graphic, I can just edit the lipstick in Photoshop to their natural lip color. It will take me 5 minutes and will help reduce challenges.

Colored lipstick is forbidden in the registration policy and it confused a recent applicant who suffered an unfortunate profile rejection as a result, citing the homepage has pictures of profiles of people with lipstick.

Recommended Policy
“For peace of mind, it is recommended to avoid using make-up. However, neutral, soft and natural make-up without lipstick is acceptable. Transparent lip balm, lip oil, or lip gloss is acceptable. Simple black or brown eyeliner and natural-tone eyeshadows are also acceptable. Any make-up product or item that appears to significantly alter or modify facial features, is not allowed.”
